https://stipendiumhungaricum.hu/

Your application will be managed officially by the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program, and the University of Pannonia will be notified when you are accepted.

If you wish to attend the programs offered by the University of Pannonia, you are kindly asked to set our University and Institute of English and American Studies as your first choice. Thank you.

For 3rd country (non-Hungarian and non-EU) students

Please check the model curricula of the BA in English Studies (6-semester); MA in English Studies (4-semester); and MA in Instruction of English as a Foreign Language (2-semester) programs offered by the University of Pannonia here. The curricula are in Hungarian and in English (the language of instruction is English):

Deadlines for application:

For the BA in English program (beginning in September): the application procedure should be started between February 1 and April 30.

For the MA in English program (beginning in September as well as in February): between February 1 and April 30 (for the September semester) and between August 15 and October 15 (for the February semester).

For the MA in Instruction of English as a Foreign Language program (beginning in September): between February 1 and April 30.

N.B.: Late submissions will not be processed, and the application/processing fee will be lost automatically! (If you start the application process before the deadline, that is not affected by this restriction.)

Tuition fees: EUR 1,500/semester for the BA programs; and EUR 2,000/semester for the MA programs (refundable if the visa is denied, and an official visa rejection letter is issued by the relevant authorities to that effect). The processing fee for the application (to be paid before the online interview) is EUR 150 (non-refundable). Additionally: EUR 300 (refundable only if the reservation is cancelled in writing before August 21 or January 31) as advance payment for two months' accommodation at the student residence (to be transferred together with the tuition fee). N.B.: Two semesters' tuition fee (plus EUR 300 for the student residence) is required to be transferred in advance in order to receive the official letter of admission. (If you do not need an official proof of accommodation for your visa application--e.g. because you are already living in Hungary--then the reservation of dormitory accommodation is not compulsory.)
